From Tucson, follow AZ Highway 86 west to Three Points. At Three Points, turn left/south onto AZ Highway 286. Travel approximately 38 miles to milepost 7.5. Turn left onto Refuge entrance road.
From Green Valley, head south on I-19. Take the Amado/Arivaca exit. Head west towards Arivaca. Stay on the main road through Arivaca and continue west until you get to AZ Highway 286. Turn left and travel to mile marker 7.5. Turn left onto Refuge entrance road.
